Hmm… heard from boss a colleague has tendered; felt a small tip of the wing has been snipped.. Ouch!
Gave me a letter for a promotion & pay increment, which was overdue & expected but i think I had no reaction then cos I was thinking about the Mumbai project (which has since gave me headache cos was told they have NOT started work when they were supposed to last Friday!!!!!!!)
Now that I registered it all, I am thinking if i should speak to boss that the increment was not to expectation.. i mean i am not so calculative, but my pay is below market value lor… but i should have speak up there & then & not later, but then i totally did not register anything even tho boss asked me to open the letter.. STUPID GAL!!!!
with the increment also means my quota went up somemore… my year has already begun undesirably with loads of work & my mind still disorganized.. if I dun get hold of myself, the year would have slipped past me once again..
I really need to pause & think………..
