January 20, 2009Today’s BRC has 5 runners, & we did a comfortable 4km run. I am still struggling to figure out how to use my new watch gadget!!!
Maybe its the tui-na just a couple days ago, the knees tho pain was not pain during the run, but its kinda bruise when pressed.
