.. on a New Year’s Day mails!
Got a letter from OCBC about a questionable transaction that took plce on 17th December in Ristorante Nagoya in Rome, Italy for EUR173.40.
This is the first time I kena my credit card being fraudulently used, & overseas! Add on to my bad impression of Roma! Not only there are pickpockets, but people who used my credit card!!!
In reality, there is very little securrity & privacy where credit card info is concerned, & I think banks write off huge amount of bad debts every year. With the current crisis, I wonder how OC will take to my dispute. hope i don’t need to bang table. They mentioned they tried to reach me on the phone and send me SMS. Calls i may have missed & being classified I can’t call back, but there is no way I will miss a SMS..
