felt an urge to cook.. and my! it has been ages since I last cooked.. maybe the last la Femme Jap cook-out session?
so like in k-drama, i went to the supermart & picked out my groceries & its a menu of Japanese Beef Stew. Yummy! since mrs q is not available, so invited Boon & JH, but [...]

and it felt like yester years..

surprised myself by putting on my running shoes and running outside at 7:30pm!
was planning to do 2 rounds, but the knees gave way & I had to stop at one!   I hope it is at least a good 3km (cant tell), else..
looks like i hv no choice but to get knee guards else [...]
